I'm going to a potluck tonight. What should I bring?

  • Crock pot corn. Simple, tasty, transportable and terrible for you.

    1 - 16oz. package of frozen corn
    1 - package cream cheese
    1 - stick of butter
    1Tblsp Dill Seed (add more to your taste)

    -Cook corn on stovetop with butter until nearly done
    -Dump corn into crockpot with softened cream cheese
    -Stir frequently (but not constantly) until cream cheese is melted
    -Once the cream cheese is melted, add dill seed to taste and stir some more.

    I always double exactly for potlucks.

    tossed salad
    fruit salad
    Little smokies, wrapped in bacon and sprinkled with brown sugar and baked until bacon is done..keep warm in crockpot
