  • What kind of chicken is it.? If it is fried or breaded,then yes!! All the fat is in the breading and skin of it.

  • How are you "only gonna eat chicken"? Sounds like a diet not fit to maintain you and a pregnancy.. And yes, you will gain weight, if you are pregnant you are suppose to..

  • Chicken is the main meat that I eat, and I'm not overweight. It's actually pretty healthy and low in fat as long as you don't fry it or bread it in something fatty.

  • Not really sure what you mean. A diet consisting solely of chicken will eventually kill you due to malnutrition. I'm sure you don't mean it this way.
    Chicken in general, when used as a protein in combination with a healthy diet, will not make you gain weight.
    Eating too much and not being active will.
