  • I've been diligent over the years keepin myself up ...........for **me**

At 48.. I think I look good and I feel even better.. lol I personally do not think that I could be happy with my life as a whole , if I'm not happy with myself first and foremost. So, I have always made taking care of myself (my standareds no one else's.. lol) a priority over the years.

  • i've let myself go - but I am working on taking care of ME - I put everyone elses needs in front of mine and am a horrible with good intentions and zero follow through.

  • I'm the same as I ever was. Comfortable and age appropriate. I shower,do makeup, and do my hair everyday.

  • I look the same as I always have, jeans, sweats, tshirts or sweatshirts. I was never the make up and nice clothes girl, so not much has changed after the kids. I think it is a little worse b/c I work at home now, so I don't always get dressed for the day, but I always shower (mostly)

  • I don't think I have technically "let myself go." But I do make sure everyone else's needs are met first before catering to myself.

  • no. i still get new haircuts, style it everyday (the degree of styling may vary, as to time/desire/lenght, since i'm growing it out). i still wear makeup, buy cute clothes/shoes. i walk everyday.
i no longer spend two hours getting myself together, however. and if the hair isn't going great its okay. or if my feet hurt and i want to wear comfy shoes rather than pointy-toed heels, i will. but 'let myself go'? never.

  • No I hope I never let myself go. I can't do it I'm way too vain for that. I like to be pretty and I keep my hair done, makeup, legs shaved ect.

  • When you look good you feel good. I try to feel good all the time so I haven't let myself go.

  • I did in my 30's when I had babies and toddlers but when I hit my 40's I lost weight and dumped the frump.  I've also been very lucky (and I do stress the word "lucky") to have aged gracefully.  In the last couple of months 3 people have been surprised to learn that I have a 17 year old dd.  They said I didn't look old enough and I was 29 when she was born.
