What form of exercize do you do?

I walk. I am gonna bump it up soon. Need to start weight training to get some muscle tone in my arms.

  • The majority of my exercise comes from running but I also do pilates, spinning, kickboxing and body works classes. I usually workout for 2 hrs every morning.

  • Prior to my pregnancy I was on a routine of walking on the treadmill, dancing, light weights for my arms, yoga & the slendertone ab belt.
    Going back to it after the baby because I lost 35 lbs and didn't have to change my diet.

  • I do the following (not all at once.. lol.. but different things different days depending on my mood..):

    Jog/run.. treadmill and outside
    Yoga (this is pretty much daily)
    Belly Dancing
    Weight lifting (at least 3x a week)
    Kendo (though I do not participate nearly as much as I used to)

    Walking... I walk daily average 1-5 (sometimes more) miles. I live in the middle of the city, and have not owned a car in 20 plus years now.. All the walking I do everyday does contribute a lot to my staying in shape at my age.

  • I do Wii Fit Plus
    I Walk (more in the nicer weather)
    I swim (in the summer)
    I chase after a 1 &3 year old all day for at least 12 hours!
    I have also done some of the p90X but all of the workout made my blood sugars run high so I cut back on that (I'm diabetic)

  • I hit a hard wall awhile back so I started to work with a group personal training course at the Y, it cost extra but I lost 10 lb. in the first 6 weeks and I am a size smaller. She kicks my butt but I keep coming back for more. I also do the water aerobics also a great workout (& joint friendly), and yoga (my me time). This is working for me. And I get adult time with others in the group.
