Bought 3 bags of fresh cranberries at the store today... think they'll last until next week to make the sauce?

I don't want to do any more shopping (ugh). They seem like a fruit that won't go bad quickly... but if they do, can I make the sauce ahead of time & freeze it or something? Forgive the stupid question... I'm not much of a cook but I'm having fun trying my hand at it. :)

  • I was also going to say freeze them. I plan on buying some tomarrow for next weeks and I am going to freeze them until I need them. I've never had any problems thawing them before so they should be fine :)

  • I'm sure if you freeze them they'll last for sure.

  • Even fresh cranberries? Freezing them won't harm them?
