  • As long as a professional with prenatal massage experience/knowledge you can get them all the way to term. If you have a doctor or midwife ask them what they recommend.

  • I don't think you need to stop at all.

  • As long as you are comfortable and don't put weight on your belly, you don't have to stop. You may have to lay on your sides or sit up when you get a tummy.

  • Do you mean a professional massage, or a massage from your SO? You cam get either at any time. However, when you're pregnant (at any stage of pregnancy), you need to find out whether the massage therapist is certified in prenatal massage. They know what to do and what not to do, and how to help position you. Your SO can do chair massages. Get a chair from the kitchen table, sit backwards with a pillow in front of you, and let him rub away! You can let him practice for labor! =)

  • Just make sure your masseuse is trained in prenatal massage and if you have any risk factors talk to your doctor first. You should not lay dawn for a massage even if they have one of those tables witht he belly cutouts, they still put pressure places there shouldn't be pressure. You can lay on your left side and sitll get a good massage. My brother is masseure and let me tell you its wonderful to get some relaxation.
