The house next door went up for sale this week

I wish we could put something in the buying agreement that the new owners have kids!

  • Have kids, aren't obnoxious, husband won't be bad influence on my husband, wife isn't town slut, no barking dog, no loud music , etc. I have a whole list of what I want (or don't want) in a neighbor.

  • I know what you mean. The house next to me went up and a couple moved in with 3 big scary dogs. not sure what they are called. rottweilers? ...But one day i was passing their house with my 2yr old for a walk and the guy was out there in the front yard holing all 3 on leashes. we walked by and they were growling and straining the leashes trying to get at us! He actually asked me to walk in the other direction a bit so he could put the dogs away...

  • Just be careful how you word your wish, they may turn out be a family with little devil children. Just kidding. I know what you mean, it would be nice to have friends right next door for your children to play with. Hope it turns out good for you.
