canker sores all the time?

i get canker sores in my mouth about 2-3 times a month and they hurt really bad... i do not know what causes them but i cant get them to stop...they seem to be comeing up more and more... has anyone experienced this? what did you do about it?

  • i also get the all the time...i stay away from spicy food and if all possible try not to bite your lips...i bit the inside of my lip and it turned into a caker sore...u can go to your local dentist and they can give you a canker patch...i had one and it worked amazing!!! GOOD LUCK

  • My Son also suffers from canker sores. Some at home remedies I've tried: a wet tea bag on the canker sore will help dry them out. Also yogurt will help to prevent them from forming.

  • i work at a dr office sum of the pt here have canker sores bad and dr gives them folic acid which seems to help

  • I believe it radiates up from the stomach - so you are eating or drinking something that is irritating your stomach, esophagal lining and ultimately your get canker sores.

  • My granny would advise to wash your mouth out with Pure Listerine every morning and night....It helps
