How do you get swelling to go down??

  • If it's from something in an IV, your best bet is to drink lots of water and keep your blood flowing by walking and doing things around the house.

  • put your feet up so that the flow is less constricted, although I think IV swelling tends to go down on its own

  • My feet and legs they said it is from the IV that I had while I was in the hospital.
