What do your kids eat for breakfast?

My kids won't eat most breakfast foods. My SS will eat eggs or bagels, but prefers noodle soup. I really hate giving the kids soup for breakfast so I try to get him to eat other things. He's not big into cereal but the other day he told me he wanted S'Mores Is there anything healthy about that beside the milk that is sold separately? My SD hates eggs and will only eat bacon (we make turkey bacon) and yogurt. I try giving them grapefruit, oranges, etc., but they won't eat that every day. I give them multivitamins but other than that how can I make sure they get a good breakfast?

  • Mine are picky eaters as well. I have 3 kids and only one likes eggs. But they all love turkey bacon. During school days they just grab little debbies and on the weekend one day cereal and the other pop tarts. Have you tried the breakfast drinks you make, kids ensure drinks will give them what they are missing. My too take a vitamin at dinner. Try the new mini bananas you can now get in the grocery, fruit cups, gronala bars. Mine like the fruit filling kind, Juice, raisins. I really do not worry about breakfast if they eat good for lunch or dinner. They make it up then.

  • Usually an english muffin with nutella, some fresh fruit, scrambled eggs. They don't really like cereal except if it's dry.

  • Mine eat a variety of foods for breakfast. Cereal (the most popular), fruit, pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs with toast and jam, breakfast burritos, omelettes, egg bagels, sausage and eggs, I could go on. They are definitely not picky eaters when it comes to breakfast food, that's why it's a great 'go-to' for dinner sometimes.
