What do you do to handle stress and anger?

Like when the baby spends all day crying, or the toddler isn't listen or you just want to strangle your husband becuase he's a man and doesn't get it.

I like to do crafty stuff.

  • I bake, DH knows when something is bugging me because I am in the kitchen baking till all hours of morning.
