What can i do about this?

Im about 3 months pregnant now, and just reacently ive been feeling, not morning sickness but night sickness. I feel nausious and never throw up. What can i do?

  • try not to have an empty stomach, drink ginger ale or ginger tea. Peppermint tea works also. Have crackers or some little snacks next to the bed.

  • Ginger helps with nausea. Like gingerale or ginger snap cookies. Saltines. hmm 7Up. Google nausea cures. :-) Get better and remember it's for a worthy cause.

  • You can try eating smaller meals more frequently or just kinda snack when you can. Sometimes when your stomach is either too full or too empty, it can make your morning sickness (which can happen at any time of day) worse.

  • Avoide heavy meals especially in the evening. Avoid spicy and greasy food also. Bananas are good at easing sickness because of the potassium, some ppl also fine drinking milk or sipping water can help.
