Cardio exercises for someone with sciatica?

Trying to loose weight and just got into an exercise routine when I get sciatica. Anyone know of some cardio exercises I could do??

  • If you use an elliptical make sure your stride length is shorter. I think the best option is an upright bike. Avoid a recumbant bike, it puts the most amount of stress on your sciatic nerve.
