What to fix for dinner Sunday night?

Have friends coming from Texas that we stationed in Turkey together 1967-1969. Want something tasty but not much work. Excited to see them after such a long time. We lost track of each other and I found them on the internet.

  • Yes, chili sounds like a good idea. Just something you can throw in a pot and not worry about. That way can still visit. That is cool you are getting to see them. My husband met a couple at Fort Bliss about ten years ago. We keep in touch through FB, but it would be nice to see thema gain. Have fun.

  • That is so awesome. If you can remember some favorite dishes from back then do them. But I am a terrible cook, so I stick with what I am good at.

  • I was going to suggest spaghetti, salad and garlic bread, but I think your Chili is a great idea, especially since you live in Texas.
