how much different in size is a toddler bed than a twin bed

  • its pretty different... taller and its about a toddler and a half both length and width wise...

  • I wish I had a measuring tape...it's about 3/4wide, and 3/4 length...of a regular twin. Maybe even smaller...it's the bed you put in a crib

  • Well our toddler bed uses the crib mattress sooooo compare that to a twin bed; there's a significant difference...

  • It's a huge difference. An adult can lay down in a twin and stretch out but a toddler bed is only a crib mattress.

  • Like the other posters have said there is a big difference. A toddler bed is the same size as a crib mattress. Here are the measurments.

    Toddler/Crib mattress: 27x51in.
    Twim:38x75in.

    That is a difference of almost 1ft. wide and 2ft in length.

  • Most toddler beds are the same size as a crib. Just without the side bars.
