"All of us have a right to travel without such crude invasions of our privacy," the ACLU said in a statement. "Tell DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano to put in place security measures that respect passengers' privacy rights. You shouldn't have to check your rights when you check your luggage."

  • Several congressional Dems wrote a statement yesterday condemning the TSA, too. I suspect it won't be long before we see our first bi-partisan congressional achievement hit the president's desk.

  • Last I checked, flying by airplane is not a constituational right and I would say it's more of a privilige. If people don't like it, then they shouldn't fly.


    As a PAYING CUSTOMER I am ENTITLED to be treated with COURTESY, DIGNITY and RESPECT in addition to being granted my Fourth Amendment rights as per The United States CONSTITUTION!!
