Hahaha I think I just found something Im gonna want throughout my entire pregnancy!!!

bouncingI work at a mall and yesterday I got some Chedder and bacon fries.. from Charlie's. oh my goodness. sooo good. just got some tonight. but i know fries are a no no, but once a week wont hurt right??!

  • I ate fries...why are they a no-no? Unless you are a diabetic. You can still eat them, you just have to soak them overnight in water before you cook them.

  • Fries are food --they might be high fat (if the dopes making them don't use high enough temperatures to cook them), but they're also high in protein and vitamin C. Adding cheese certainly makes them high fat... but if you don't get hung up too much on the idea of making sure you have them EVERY week, and sometimes choose a smaller order or to share them with someone you love, they're not Evil On A Plate.

  • If you are a diabetic, soaking them will draw out the sugar that diabetics cannot have. Then you just fry them or bread them and bake.

    It only works on home made fries though.
