  • Hormone changes. As we age, our hormones get out of whack.

    Watching your diet and keeping a clean face. Also, if you have switched types of makeup it can cause them.

  • Hormones. Women in their 40's go through similar hormonal changes to girls in their teens due to the onset of early menopause... Your best bet is to talk to a doctor.

  • I volunteer and this one woman I was working with said to me "your so cute, you look so young, look at you you even still have your pimples".... I really didn't know what to say, lol

  • don't share any towels in the bathroom with anyone. I was breaking out and discovered my son with acne was using my towel. Not good. ALso don't change moisturizer and stay away from cleansing pads for acne. It was making me itch....

  • Stress...I'm in my mid 30's and get them too. Awful, I don't have oily skin, but aparently I still have a youthful presence! lol!

  • Use a toner to clean out your pores. I d k what causes them. I would also recommend peroxide 3% soulution. It is very cleansing. I use it on my teeth to whiten them. My daughter uses it on her face to clean out her pores.
