should i feel guilty for having the flu?

my husband goes to work full time and school full time and last night i came down with the flu well today is his busiest day longest class of the week and longest hours at work plus the busiest. im a housewife so i already dont do nearly as much as him or so it feels but today i slept til 5 o clock and havent done a thing and i feel really bad. should i do something to make up for it when im feeling better?

  • umm...that would be a big fat NO! and you should go sleep some more. You dont have to do anything extra. Why would you feel bad? If they dont like it oh well...when they are sick you tend to them.

  • look getting the flu just happens it's not something you can just protect yourself from.... just have to take care of yourself and try to get better for your self... i'm more then sure you dh understands.

  • I was recently sick for about a week. I could not do anything. All my husband asked was that I rest. If your hubby is like mine, he will just want you to get better. All the housework will be there waiting for you when your feeling better.
