No I don't and I know this because I've tried foods that I don't like and actually liked them, but this is very rare. However I do choose what I don't like and I don't need to try it to know. When I have tried it, I've been right.
Tastes also change because foods that I've tried and not liked for years are now foods that I really like, but there aren't too many of those.
