  • Early voter....on Thursday! I waited in line for 5 minutes. I'll keep an eye on this post to see if I was smart in voting early.

  • 2 hours, but only because there were some "district" issues. I think it could have been streamlined to more like 30-40 minutes if it were better organized...

  • It took me no time at all, but a friend of mine (who lives in Hyde Park, Chicago- Obama's presinct) had to wait 4 hours. The reason being, of course, all of Obama's home community turned out, then Obama himself came to vote, so they had to clear the place out for security reasons, at that point my friend had been there for 2 hours. They had to wait for the security stuff to go down before they could get in line, which lasted another 2 hours. My mother (lives in Atlanta GA) waited 2 1/2 hours, my father waited 40 min in Peoria, IL
