What do you prepare ahead of time for Thanksgiving dinner?

Looking to get some things out of the way before hand, but don't want to compromise on taste...

  • I get out my stretchy pants & avoid any foods that are Thankgiving Day related- so I can really appreciate them when I stuff my face on Thursday :)~

  • Pies, cranberry sauce, I peel potatoes the night before and keep in cold water in fridge.

  • I always peel and cut potatoes night before for my homemade poatatoe au gratin, and i always make and bake the sweet potato pie the night be for.
