Thanksgiving veggie ideas?

I am in charge of bringing veggie dishes to Thanksgiving dinner this year, any suggestions? Hubby has already requested green bean casserole, so I need one more dish and I don't know what I want to make.

  • I love steamed brussel sprouts with a butter and bacon dressing - not for the diet conscious but oh so yummy.

  • I do the same thing with fresh baby carrots. Our kids love them.

We also roast Brussels Sprouts - just clean them, spread them on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt and pepper. 400 F for 25-30 mins.
Sometimes we do Jerusalem Artichokes the same way. So good! :-)
