HELP!!

i have 3 children 19 yr, 12 yr, & my little Jordan 6 mo. old. My last delivery was an emergency c-section, my stomach was not flat as a board before i got pregnant , but now I've can literally lift my abdomen up to see the incision from my c-section. My OB said i had several complications one of them being a lot of scar tissue from my appendix ruptured when i was 12. I'm so self conscious of this.

  • The first thing you will need to do is lose any extra fat around that area, then you can see from there what needs to be done. I strongly suggest pilates or some other ab work while you are trying to lose the fat. Unfortunately some women never lose that fat/extra skin after a C-Section, and if that is the case then a tummy tuck would be the only thing you could do. Check out my journal post, I have a lot of useful information in it regarding weight loss. Hope it helps and good luck to you:)
