Hosting Thanksgiving when YOU're sick...

I seem to have picked up some kinda cold virus...
...sore throat, chills, body aches, cloudy head...feeling blah.

I'm hoping to be a lot better by Thanksgiving, but just to be safe I'll wipe down everything with disinfectant just before guest arrive.

What precautions do you take to protect guests (especially the elders and the babies) when you (or others in your home) are sick, and you are the host?

  • UGGH! the worst.. would you consider cancelling...no one wants to be sick and pass it on! One year our little one came down with a puking thing AFTER our guests left...within 24 hours all 16 people that we had over were puking! That was not a good feeling!

  • Why not let your partner in marriage do it then?
