Do you use refrigerated, frozen or from scratch pie crust?

  • If I'm making pie, I make the crust. I keep some frozen ones around for when I need to make a quiche to use up leftovers.

  • From scratch. I will rarely buy a frozen one, but they just don't taste very good.

  • Ya know, I rarely bake a pie. I'm not sure why, just never have. When I do though, I will use a ready made crust. It doesn't matter what type.. I even like the graham cracker crusts.

    My pie crust is no better than marie calendars....all it is, is butter, flour & water...simple...

  • I make homemade crust. I used to hate doing it, but since we put in granite countertops and I have a hole cut into one that leads to the garbage it is sooooo easy.

  • It depends on how ambitious I'm feeling. I usually use the kind from the fridge section - but, usually, I make cheesecakes so it doesn't apply often.
