I am expecting my first baby. I have slight depression because of my inexperience of being a ma and of my living in a noisy young people-dominated community. What can I do to retain my true inner peace?

  • It is hard to block out others sometime. I have learned that I need to be a duck and just let everything roll off. It is something that doesn't come naturally and I have to work at it every day. It is also helpful to have one person that knows you really well that you can vent to.
