  • I should change them every week, but I'm just not that good.
I aim for every other week to get them off the bed and washed and cleaned and whatnot.
If Em spills something or the baby pukes or something then yeah it gets done a lot sooner but really. I am great about getting my daughter's changed every week, she has a few sets of sheets. Us we have just the one set because they're too expensive to buy another right now, so it makes it a bit harder sometimes to get to them as often as we need to.

  • Once a week (every Monday in fact) and sometimes I wash the pillow cases more often in the summer if we perspire.

  • once a week I strip the beds and wash them, but I usually just put them back on the bed so I don't have to fold them!
