If you saw Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Did you cry when Dobbie died? I sat there in the theater last light and tried not to let the tears fall!

  • Yep, that whole movie was a constant flux of sniffling and laughing.

I cried when Tonks started to announce she was pregnant (I've read the book), when Hedwig died by taking the curse meant for Harry, and when Dobby died in Harry's arms. I looked over and my oldest son was wiping his face during those scenes too.

I better bring a whole box of tissues for the second part next year!

  • I almost did. I probably would have if I had not already known he was going to die.

  • I didn't cry but one eye got watery. I try to look away into the corner of the screen when sad things happen so I don't turn on the water works.
