Hi, I'm 36 weeks pregnant and my baby, who was head down & in position, is now breech. Any advice?

  • My midwife told me to get on my hands and knees and then lay my chest against the bed...so with your butt up in the air...and it would help her flip. It worked for me!! Good luck!! :)

  • Something I heard was swimming. Makes you buoyant and she can flip around.

  • Your baby moved? Now I'm worried because my doctor said that once they're in position they generally don't move. :/ I'm only 34 weeks so now I'm thinking he could definitely move!

Well I would suggest you do a few different things:
    1. Put frozen veggie back on top of your belly and hold as long as you can
    2. Lay on your back with your hips raised (use pillows)
    3. Clean floors on hands and knees
    4. Doing handstands in pool (if you can 'cause it's cold)
