  • Yes. Back when you could still get them, I took the ones that had ephedra in them.

  • Absolutely...and you can actually lose weight with them. Significant weight. The problem is if you don't change your lifestyle and nutrition the minute you stop the weight comes back plus 10lbs.

  • Yep, but not for the reason you would think. I took them when the meds I needed from having a stroke got to be was too expensive. Certain diet pils contain similar components to the meds I was on....go figure

  • Ok, so for anyone who *has* taken them:
    Did you ever feel like they were working too quickly? Let say you were trying to lose 20 pounds, and figured it would take a few months at least, but you dropped 15 in little over a month? Would you start only taking them every other day? (Same healthy, complete diet, same daily exercise, etc.)

  • I took Dexatrim when I was 14. I started having heart palpitations and my mom tossed them. This was before anyone was aware of just how dangerous even as recommended use could be.
