In Attention deficit What signs did you notice?  We were told to take our son in to get checked by a doctor just wondering what signs we should be seeing.

  • Attention Deficit manifests differently in different kids. Some have hyper activity, some don't. Inability to stay focused, easily distracted . Unable to sit still when it is appropriate to do so. Talking non stop, Anger outburtst. Frustration, behavioral issues at home and /or school. It can one one or two of theses...all of theses...or non of these. It's best to let a professional evaluate.

  • It means having a hard time staying on task with anything like reading or writing. Being easily distracted, can't pay attention for very long, mind wanders, seems lazy, unfocused. will put things off til later but never want to get to it, tends to not care about things or it doesn't occur to them to do something that is important, I could go on and on but hope this helps
