About 2 years ago i lost app.40 lbs and with a healthy diet and regular exorcise i have kept 99% of it off ( give or take 3 lbs depending on the week) But all of the sudden out of no where i am having this crazy desire to binge eat. And if i don't give into it and i trt to eat something small i end up eating twice as much. It is always that time of day before dinner after work ( about 2 pm) its killing me and affecting my attitude. even though the calories haven't kicked in to bad yet i know the weight gain is in the mail how do i stop it ? P.s. since turning the clocks back its been worse because it is gettin dark so early, lol and no im not pregnate:)Answer Question
