i learned never to take my three year old child (who has autism)
to the library at 5pm, especially with no nap

  • lol. I learned a few months years back not to take my son who has Asperger's into a Wal-Mart for longer than 5 min without head phones.

    Today I learned... How my dog has been getting out of the yard!

  • Today I learned that when using a mulching mower (with a bag) to vacuum leaves off of your lawn, it is best to wear a mask. If not, you'll be sneezing dust all night!

  • That you have more than one kind of nerve in each cheek and they control different feelings in the cheek. My son had an injury to his face in Afghanistan and he went to see the neurosurgeon today for his post-op appointment and this is some of what he told me...I found it very interesting and in fact, I included in my response email that you learn something new everyday!

  • Today I learned not to start dinner, and then come in the office to answer just a couple of questions, because time gets away from you, and the water cooks down and the beans burn.
