What is the best cold medicine otc?

  • I use a product called Sinusin. I get it at Whole Foods. For whatever reason it seems to lessen and sometimes even stop my colds. On the occasion that I don't take it, I use dayquil and a benedryl tylenol cocktail at night.

  • Alka-Seltzer Plus Day&Night is the personal favorite of DH & I.  Our family doctor tells us to use Theraflu, too, but the tea is too sweet for my taste.
