With busy schedules and always on the run, how can we eat healthy when it's so easy to take the easy way out and "eat out"? I would like to keep sandwich stuff around for quick meals, but what kind of sandwich can i eat that is healthy for me? The cold cuts are processed meats, and not good for us, and they are high in sodium which i am cutting back on. So what is a good quick healthy meal to eat when time is short and we are very busy? Sometimes when i am off on Saturday, i get to cleaning house and don't have time or don't want to quit cleaning long enough to cook and eat something, so what is a good meal or sandwich i can grab for busy times?Answer Question
