How do you sautee fresh baby spinach and for how long?

  • Have everything else for the meal done and then get your olive oil hot. Put in a little garlic for about 10 seconds, then the spinach. Toss it a few times and you'll see it wilt. Serve immediately. Yum...........

  • when it looks like it is welting then I add olive oil and garlic is so yummy, sometimes I also put in mushrooms.

  • Just a few seconds in olive oil..I like to use fresh garlic cloves, I throw them in first.

  • Have olive oil hot in the skillet, add spinach, a little salt & pepper, Turn with tongs, 2-3 minutes. Serve.
