  • Another one I like -

    Spinach Dip:

¼ - ½ Package Frozen Spinach, thawed, drained & squeezed dry
    1 Cup Sour Cream
    1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 (1 oz) Package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 (8 oz) Can Water Chestnuts, drained and finely chopped

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Let set in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. To Serve: Hollow out a round loaf of pumpernickel or sourdough bread to use as a bowl. Cut the top into small squares and serve along side crackers, veggies and chips for dipping.

  • Wow. Melt some really good cheeses and dip pieces of french or other favorite bread into the melted cheese. Mmmm

  • You could make a side of bruschetta topping. All you need are grape tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
