Has anyone used herbal remedies for pain?

I have a serious back problem and hate to take painkillers, but its getting unbearable. Any suggestions?

  • Formula 303 has been a lifesaver for me.  It works better than most of the prescription stuff I've taken, especially for neck and back pain.

  • Go gluten free. A gluten intolerance can cause inflammation in joints. Tart cherry juice for pain relief.

  • how often do you see the chiropractor?
have you tried an antiinflammatory diet?
    have you tried a homeopath?

  • Taking Arnica can help with pain and inflammation... you can get it at GNC, Vitamin World, or (I reccommend the last one... they are cheapest and made by the same company that makes a lot of GNC's vitamins, almost all of VitaminWorlds also)
