  • Im an early bird. I have to get up and go to work anyway. Im so tired and sore when I get home from work, just toast. But in the am I feel so much better and can get stuff done so much faster..

  • I am the same way. I get a burst of energy around 9pm no matter what time I wake up and can never fall asleep before 1am

  • I am the same way. I could drag all day but around 8p I get a second wind. I thinkt hat some ppeople are just nocturnal by nature. I would be fine if I could sleep from dawn to dusk and be up from dusk to dawn.
