What is your favorite thing to MAKE for dinner?

I love doing breakfast for dinner nights. They are so my favorite to make. Generally pretty simple but not always. Lately I've been doing these massively great breakfast burritos.
What's funny is that in our hosue we almost neve rhave hot cooked breakfasts as a breakfast but we do it for dinner about once a week.

  • I love waffles and pancakes for dinner. My husband thinks it's strange to eat breakfast food for dinner.

If it's not breakfast for dinner, I like grilled cheese with tomato soup.

  • Grilled cheese and tomato soup is OK now and then especially as it gets colder.
