  • Calories on Holidays do not count! I plan to eat whatever I want Thursday AND enjoy it.

  • I agree!! I eat healthy most of the time, but I don't worry about fat/calories/carbs on Thanksgiving. As long as you don't eat like that every day, it's perfectly ok to eat "bad"!!!

  • I hate the feeling of being over stuffed. I eat what I want, but I don't over do to the point I am misserable. Love turkey day!

  • Very little on that one day, and in moderation, it doesn't matter at all, I agree.

  • I just get SO SICK of hearing about healthier alternatives, adn how we should skip this or that or whatever on the holiday meals...it's like that is all they talk about on the news shows and the morning talk shows...even if you eat like a total pig for one day what will you gain? one lousy pound?
I agree that if you eat decent most of the time it should be no biggie.
yes eating that way ALL the time is a problem ;)
