need a great name for a pony...

My aunt and sister just rescued an adorable pony from Helping Hearts Equine Rescue and he needs a name. The rescue is calling him Buddy, but we dont like that name. Anyone have any great ideas I can pass on?

  • My DD had a colt once and they named him Copper! I love that name!! We also got a Shetland and her name she came with was Sugar! I love the name Horsie for some Reason!!! Good Luck on this Sweet thing!!

  • What does it look like? We've had ponies named Sprinkles, Shamu, CD (Compact Disc), Corky. What breed is it? Check the internet for it's country of origin and find a name that way.

  • Great Names. He is a Quater horse mix with something else we arent sure. He is a beautiful brown with a white stripe on his face.
    Zoeyis I love Barley thanks. I asked my 3 year old what we should name him and she said "pony" too cute.
