  • Lots of liquids and fiber fiber and more fiber. My grandson has to have fiber one bars everyday and stool softners a couple times a week or he gets like this. It hurts him so he doesnt like to go to the bathroom. She will probably need a few weeks to get acclimated to the fiber thing, loose stools etc.

  • My son has the same problem it don't matter how much fiber or water we give him. His doctor put him on Mirilax and it helps out a lot.

  • Awww, poor little baby. Straight apple juice is what our pediatrician recommended. It works, too! Increase her fiber by adding fresh fruit (NOT bananas, which will constipate her further) and only whole grain breads, crackers, and cereals. Cut back on cheese. Good luck!
