what's for dinner tonight?

im making cheesy scrambled eggs, sausage links and hashbrown casserole. quick, easy and yummy.

  • Iam making CARNE CON AJO (Steak with sauteed garlic) Relleno a spanish stuffing (from were iam from) and Brocolli,cauliflower and carrots steamed :)

  •  I am cooking up my famously YUM - and only the BEST ever - meatloaf..complete with baked potatoes and vegetables! My tummy is growling at the very thought..and oops! There's some drool going down my chin, too. lol. My Men LOVE my meatloaf and refuse to eat anyone else's, hehe.

  • barbecue porkchops cooked in the slow cooker. Rice a roni or cheddar broccolli rice along with green beans and corn.

  • chicken breasts and croissant rolls. i was gonna open up a few canned vegs..trying to clean out the cabinets before we leave for the holiday/come back to move out of this rental next week..but i just remembered i packed all the pots/pans already. chicken breast and croissant rolls..wait, i packed the baking sheets, too.
    chicken breasts sandwiches with either cheddar or swiss cheese..and bananas. and milk.
    sad, huh?? LOL!
