No-Sew TuTu's

I'm just starting on my adventure of making TuTu's. Any helpful tips from anyone that has made them before? Any creative tips?

  • Their are many ways you can make them

here are some ideas you can use for the waist:
you can use non-roll elastic (but I don't like how it stretches in time)
you can use ribbon ( I love this better than any other and you can make the ribbon long enough to make a bow at the back or front)
you can use a crochet head band (I like this one but not my fav)

you can buy it by the bolt or by spool
you can get these items at wal-mart(if you have a fabric dept) Hobby Lobby, Joanns, Michaels.

if you need more info you can email me at
I make tutus for my daughters and sell them as well I can show you pics of the ones I have made

  • I would be interested to see what you are talking about. Real ones for dance or just as a skirt.
