  • Start a routine and stick to it. We just recently got over the transition from crib to big girl bed.... Our routine is bath (if its bath night), potty, jammy's, bedtime prayers, bedtime stories (usually 2), sing lullabyes, light projector and bedtime music cd on and kiss goodnight! We finally got it down and it works for us.... Create your own routine that works best for your family. Children, even babies will get in bedtime mode once they realize the routine has started. GL

  • is it an issue for your child to go to bed at 11pm? my girls stay up late, and it's easier on them and me to not fight their natural time clocks. sure they sleep in a bit longer than other kids, and nap later... but all in all they get the same amount of sleep.
