  • Eat fudge. That will do it every time. And, while the baby is nursing, it helps the milk to flow. May take two or three times nursing to get a good flow.

  • stimulate your nipples often, and rub your breast in a downward motion to encourage your milk ducts to open and flow. And here is an article of helpful herbs you can take to increase your milk flow.

  • Try Mother's Milk Tea, Alfalfa Sprouts....Fenugreek tea(it tastes like old man feet though, just warning you). Usually your body knows that you need to feed your baby and hormones will kick in, but sometimes they need a little boost. There are many things you can do to help milk production.

  • Your body just knows. And the more a baby is put to the breast, the more you make. It works far better then ANY supplement or special trick.

  • How? Your boobs get super hard and milk starts coming out spntaneously. It hurts and the only relief is to feed your baby. When? About 3 days after you give birth.
