How much do you pay for every month? All your bills?

I'm just wondering if I personally am spending too much on personal life stuff lol.

rent=832 a month includes water
cable=90 a month for everything a month
Electricity bill=90 a month
grocerys=225 a month
car insurance=215 a month full coverage for 2 cars and renters insurance
gas=for 2 cars a month 260 a month
daycare=150 a month
dr bills=60 a month
cell phones =120 a month verizone best kind!

checking account=100 a month
savings account= 120 a month sometimes none because the bills eat all the money up :( I always feel like we are just bearly making it. I also put 10 bucks a month into my daughters account sometimes.

I am going to cut down the bills though once I become a stay at home mom. We will be renting a cheaper place, also car insurance can be cut along with gas everything will be way cut we may actually save money :) I also eat out sometimes or spend more with grocery's because of work.

  • Your bills look right on track. We pay out more than we bring in. Still dont know how we're making it, but we somehow find a way. It's gonna be tricky w/ gift buying this year, but like I said, we somehow find a way.

  • I think that were you live can effect how much you pay for things.
    When I went over you bills I was thinking that you rent was SUPER cheap as well as your car insurance and groceries. But you spend twice as much as me on gas and phone. Your daycare is cheap to..if I put my two kids in day care it would cost me almost $2000 a month.
    Anyways, looks fine to me.

  • Mortgage $1500
    HOA $41
    Taxes (paid yearly) $200/ month
    Homeowners insurance (paid yearly) $30 / Month
    Car insurance (paid every 6 months) $230
    Health insurance $482 for crappy coverage
    Life insurance $120
    On average, $250+ for medical bills and prescriptions
    Cable/phone/internet $172
    Cell phones $150
    Electric $130
    Gas $80
    Sewer (paid yearly) $20 / month
    Trash pickup $18
    Water $70
    Gas $800
    Groceries/food I have no idea. Probably $1500

    So, roughly $5793 for the usual stuff, without adding in stuff like car maintenance and registration, clothing, holidays, kids' birthdays, shampoo, etc.
