  • I used to keep african pygmy hedgehogs- they are considered exotics. Right now I just have two guinea pigs- they're obviously pretty common, though the vet they see specializes in exotics.

  • Not anymore. Since opening my daycare we had to do away with all the reptiles. I would love to get a Savannah though!

  • No I don't but I would love to have a Savannah Cat or a baby black bear or a baby tiger. That would be totally cool!

  • According to my vet my guinea pigs are exotics. Raisin chirps like a bird. I've never had one chirp like a bird before.

  • My vet calls guinea pigs exotics too... though I think their definition of exotic is 'not a dog or cat.' None of mine have really chirped, though one of mine makes a sound like someone with sweaty hands rubbing a balloon whenever we pat her... she's very loud! She irritates dh when he is trying to watch tv in the evenings, he has to turn the volume up!
